Shipping Policy

At CRIT Products we try to ship every order that we receive the same day. However some orders may take 24-48 hours to ship. If you have a requirement that needs to be shipped immediately or for next day delivery please contact us before placing an order. You can do so by going to the contact us page or by sending us an Email.
We ship all orders via UPS or FedEx depending upon the services available at the time of shipping. We also have other options available for shipping like the USPS or DHL or shipping on customers account. You can check that before placing an order.

Return Policy

All products sold on our store are warrantied for a minimum of 90 days. For detailed information you can check the products information page. We offer returns and refunds on all the orders. Here is our General Return Policy: 

  • For us to stay competitive, offer the best service and the lowest price, we follow our return policy strictly and do not make any exceptions. We do not offer a money-back guarantee on any product. Shipping is non-refundable under all circumstances, an exception may be made if we make an error in entering the address or shipping method, but only for an adjustment.
  • Any return for credit will be charged 15% restocking fee, unless the item is defective or damaged. For defective or damaged items claim must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Customers agree to report defective / DOA (Damaged On Arrival) / damaged claims toCRIT Products within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Failure to do so results in the forfeiture of any possible remedy from CRIT Products.
  • Customers agree to report all lost item shipping claims to CRIT Products within 48 hours from delivered date. Failure to do so results in the forfeiture of any possible remedy from CRIT Products.
  • There are NO STORE RETURNS for retail boxed processors, printers, CRTs and LCDs for repair or refund. Customers agree that these items can only be returned to manufacturers for replacement/repair except in cases of shipping wrong item or clear shipping damage. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • All other products covered by store warranty for 90 days only.
  • CRIT Products will not honor store warranty if there is any physical damage on any product.
  • We do not offer advanced replacement. Return Merchandise Authorization is required for all return and must be requested by customers on-line themselves.
  • Customers must pay for return shipping on all returns, including DOA products.
  • All returns need to have the original package
